Cincy Car Spa

My girlfriend came to visit me with her pups. Almost to Cincy, our younger anxious dog got “sick”in the backseat of the car and ultimately both dogs ended up in the mess. While she always uses a seat cover, ultimately there were areas of the rear seat area that were not so lucky. That evening as we bathed the dogs, I reached out Cincy Car Spa. I shared the details and pictures from the incident kind of hoping for someone to say “that’s not that big a deal, no problem.” Kevin was honest and authentic. He reassured us that yes these kind of messes do happen and yes they are solvable. We scheduled an appointment for mobile detailing, with the extra enzyme and odor removal. He arrived ten minutes early of our scheduled time, even though he traveled from over 30 minutes away. He greeted us with a smile and said he’d take it from there. The car detail was thorough and top notch. Completed in less time than quoted. We are completely pleased with the results. All pricing was up front with zero pressuring. And the car looks and smells great again. We will certainly use Cincy Car Spa again for mobile car detailing. Thanks Kevin!

Kevin at Cincy Car Spa was great to work with. Prompt, friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. We've used him on both our cars and motorcycles; he did an excellent job on both. His pricing was fair and honest, with no surprises. Not only did the vehicles look fantastic when he was done, but he even left our driveway clean as a whistle. It's clear he takes pride in his work and pays attention to the details. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Cincy Car Spa enough! Kevn did an amazing job on my vehicle and truly went above and beyond. As a toddler mom, my car had its fair share of juice stains and kid messes, and I honestly wasn’t sure they’d come out. Somehow, Kevn got everything looking spotless! The attention to detail was incredible, communication was great, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and his customers. My car looks and smells so much better than I expected. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy who takes pride in what they do, Cincy Car Spa is the place to go. Thanks again, Kevn!

What an incredible service! I’m currently 9 months pregnant and we desperately needed our car detailed and Kevin nailed it! We already have two kids and a dog so it was rough. Now, looks like I just bought the car, it was that clean. Kevin was right on time, polite, and did a stellar job. We will be rebooking again in the future!

Kevin was amazing! He showed up at 8am on time and knocked out the car. We did a Level 2 - interior detail. My car has tan cloth seats that shows every single drop of water, coffee, kid thing dog drool, etc. The car looks immaculate inside now. Thank you!!!!
